Mopping the kitchen and bathroom floors is one of my least favorite things to do as the mom/housekeeper. I sweet talk Anthony into doing it whenever I can. I've decided that one of the reasons I hate it so much is the kids always want a tent in the living room, so while I am scrubbing the kitchen they are having a camp out, which means you need pillows, toys, blankets, usually food..... sigh one room clean.....another a mess. It is a pain but I think I will miss the days when four kitchen chairs and a sheet can hold their attention for so many hours. Its great to be a kid!!

My least favorite chore as well. Seems like my floor needs to be mopped every other day though! Good idea to keep the kids off the wet floors however. I will have to try that.

I'm glad you figured out the backgrounds! They are way fun, huh? I don't care at all that we have the same one. I know a lot of people that have this one, but it's so cute. Who could pass it up? Your family is so adorable. I love having Savannah in preschool. I miss having Samuel this year. I hope he is liking Kindergarten. See ya soon!
Oh look at how much fun they are having. I remember doing that with my siblings too. I always looked forward to the weather being colder because then Laurie and Krehl would stay inside and play instead of going outside and playing. They used to catch all sorts of creepy crawly animals and bugs. Yucky!!!!
Don't you love on cleaning day that it seems like as you are cleaning one room the kids are totally destroying the other room. I hate mopping too but not as bad as I hate putting laundry away. Thats my worst!
