When I was 18 my mom and I went to France for a few weeks. My cousin, who grew up there was good enough show us all the sights. While we were there we ate numerous croissants. Her mom loved to have one with a cup of hot cocoa every night before bed, I guess that is were I picked it up. Ever since I love this little treat. While Wyoming's croissants pale in comparison I still enjoy them with a cup of Stevens hot cocoa.

okay, so this is a tradition now at our house too! thanks to nani ghislaine we too have picked up this habit! this last year kris and i figured out its a good time to do family scripture reading each night. our kids love our nightly hot cocoa as we read together!
