Well thanks Jennifer for the tag,...... I've been trying to think all day of some little know facts which is harder then I thought it would be. But now that the kids are asleep maybe I can come up with a few little known facts.

1. It is almost Asparagus season, when we were younger we would always hold an annual "asparagus race" the Burtons would all meet at our house, with plastic bags in hand we would race through the orchards to see who could pick the most. It was so much fun but as I look back at it I'm certain it was just a way for our parents to get bags full of asparagus. I always just thought of it as a game. I really miss it and would love if I could race through our orchards again...:(

2. I am an organizer/planner I love to have things in their place (I am running out of room in my house to have things as tidy as I'd like them) and well planned out. Since being married to "easy going" Anthony I have relaxed a ton, which really makes life more enjoyable then always running by a schedule. Thanks Anth!

3. Almost every night after we have put the kids to bed Anthony and I can be found in front of the TV or playing a game of cards sharing a can of Pepsi and eating a snack.....usually Dorritos or our newest specialty is Schwanns cheese stuffed mini pretzels.....so yummy!!

4. I have had a small crush on Anthony since the 5th grade, he was the new kid at school and I had my eye on him. When we were in middle school my friend and I called him endlessly. We started dating when we were 16 and have been together ever since. I often wonder how I lucked out to meet such a wonderful husband and daddy when I was only 10 years old.

5. I love gardening! I've had some pretty big gardens the last 8 years one year I planted over 24 tomato plants! I love having so much produce I can just give bags of it away. I have a list of all the things I would like to grow......Apples, Peaches, Cherries, Raspberries, maybe one day.......sigh

6. My Grandpa Sorenson always held his thumb inside his hand....with the same hand. Know what I mean? tuck your thumb in towards your palm and close your fingers around it. Anyway I find myself doing it all the time without even knowing it.....maybe it is just genetic.

7. I have an obsession with pictures I know that scrap booking is all the rage but I am more obsessed with having enough photos so I won't forget anything. All of my pictures are neatly organized in photo albums with descriptions of who, what and when on the backs of the pictures. My kids have scrapbooks...... which I wish I had more time to work on. They aren't anything fancy but a great record of what is going on in life. I think I get that obsession from my mom, she was always good at keeping track of photos.
Well that wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. So now I tag Lisa, Mel, Katie B. , and Catie A. Come on guys I know you can do it.

one time my dad sent us kids outside to wear out the dog. we were supposed to run laps around this big yard and get the dog to follow us. when i think back on that now, i can't believe we were so easily duped.
i need your skills at my house, for organization. when we moved in, i had homes for everything. now we have more stuff than established resting spots and its showing. help!
i didn't know your story with A and i didn't know about your thumb. i'm so glad i tagged you.
we started our garden last week. peas are already poking up and i'm getting ready to thin lettuce seedlings. am eager for tomato plants and peppers to show up in garden centers. send me pictures of your garden. i am VERY interested.

I rememer the asparagus days running through the orchards, those where the days! Then we would come back and jump on the tramp for hours then play barbies for the next few hours. We always had so much fun!

I wish that I had peas planted...I still have two feet of snow in my backyard. I can't plant anything in Woodruff until the end of May. Last year I planted my garden at my moms in Payson, since we were there all summer. After going to California, I've decided I need to live there. Moderate temps all year.
